PAYMENT TERMS

LATE PAYMENTS

Amounts that remain unpaid after their due date may be subject to reasonable late charges to the extent permitted by applicable law and the applicable client agreement.

NJOYI Holdings Inc. may suspend or discontinue services for materially overdue accounts after providing appropriate notice.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

Cancellation terms will be determined by the applicable written service agreement or project arrangement.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, payments for services already performed, work completed, or non-refundable third-party costs incurred on behalf of a client are not refundable.

Any eligible refund will be determined based on the specific circumstances of the engagement and applicable agreement.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information, approvals, access, and cooperation reasonably necessary for NJOYI Holdings Inc. to perform the agreed services.

Delays caused by missing information, delayed approvals, or other client dependencies may affect project schedules.

NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

Consulting and advisory services provide professional guidance and recommendations based on information available during an engagement.

NJOYI Holdings Inc. does not guarantee any particular financial, operational, business, or other outcome.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, materials, methodologies, templates, processes, and other proprietary materials developed or owned by NJOYI Holdings Inc. remain the property of NJOYI Holdings Inc.

Client-specific deliverables will be governed by the applicable written agreement.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NJOYI Holdings Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of this website or consulting services.

Any limitations applicable to a specific engagement may also be established in the applicable written agreement.
